It’s been itching to be released for over a year now, but hopefully it has been worth the wait? Originally composed on my laptop in my very first student dorm but produced in full in my studio to make it as crisp and pumping as possible for you, my new single “Better World”. Unofficially the follow up to the track I did with my friend Mark Otten, “Mad World”.The remix has been delivered by German masterminds of Progressive House: Jerome Isma-Ae and Sebastian Krieg, who gave it a darker and more banging approach. What more to say? I guess you should just listen and let me know what you think.

Music has always been the soundtrack to my life even at an early age. Although I am a product of the 80s music scene (when I started producing and DJing) I am inspired by a very diverse selection of music.I started spinning house music in Pittsburgh in 1988 playing records I would bring back from my trips to see my family in Chicago. It was a much simpler time, since there weren't 50 genres of house. I remember hearing Derrick May play when we brought him to Metropol in 1990 and that made me really want to produce electronic music. I released my first record in 1990 under my alter-ego Euphoria called "Euphoria" and "I Like Noise" that begun my touring of the rave circuit around the USA. I performed as Euphoria and DJ'd as Strobe everyplace from the East Coast to the West Coast and back, performing with pretty much everyone that inspired me to do this in the first place and racking up a few techno and house hits along the way.

Hailing from Munich, Jerome Isma-Ae is one of the highest-selling, most successful Prog House DJ/producers of the last 3 years. He is reinventing and designing the sounds since the early years of EDM. German producer/DJ Jerome Isma-Ae sure kept himself busy over the past 15 years. But results are showing. With the characteristic Isma-Ae sound on his side, requested and praised by many, he's got the best weapon there is: the ability to stand out. Mind you, it's a weapon he won't hesitate to use..Jerome:"I was in a musician elementary school, where I've been educated in playing several music instruments. At the age of 12, I played the bass in a metal band, around my 15th I started to program my first beats with a drum machine and 3 years later I released my first record on a German techno label called 'Delirium Records', and so on and so on. I'm never satisfied, but there is always an improvement from production to production." That's how the Isma-Ae story started. One essential fact is missing though, how and when did Jerome get in touch with that thing called dance? Jerome:"It was 1991, when we replaced our bands drummer by a drum machine." From that year on, EDM and the revolution it set forth were part of Jerome's everyday life.
