Those Usual Suspects - Feel The Need (Original Mix and Main Room Mix )

Since 2003, “Those Usual Suspects” have been dance heavyweights in the making. Starting up as collaboration between Melbourne DJ’s, Maarcos and Wei-Shen, This Australian duo, started producing quality remixes for some of the biggest names in house. Chance led these new kids on the block to be asked to produce a remix of Inaya Day’s “Nasty Girl”. The track went straight to number one on the ARIA charts and the boys picked up instant recognition in the industry. With the later addition of Victorian College of the Arts bass player Atridge D’Costa, the three boys branded themselves under the name “Those Usual Suspects”.With the pressure .. their success in the charts, the group had created a sound that was unmatched in Australia. Going against the electro trend, they stuck to their percussive house roots and produced their epic track “Dakka”. This track gained instant success being hammered out by DJ’s such as Roger Sanchez, Simon Dunmore and Erick Morillo while getting plays on Pete Tong’s essential selection in the summer of 2007. “Dakka” was quickly signed to house legend Bob Sinclar’s label Yellow, and in turn they were the first ever Australian group to be inducted in to the elite French based “Africanism All Stars” project, joining respected artists such as DJ Gregory, Martin Solveig, David Guetta and Joachim Garraud.
