In 2010, Greg Cerrone is now well known as a producer, and as a saught-after DJ by French and International clubs.His taste for electro music and his capacity in discovering exclusive tunes that will rock tomorrow make him an innovative artist. Resident DJ in different radios worldwide like FG DJ Radio in France, his Dj sets are available in podcast every week and are becoming more and more popular… More than 120 mixes for this Podcast which is a reference in French electro scene.Concerning Music Production, Greg, founder of the label “On The Air Music” stands out in 2007 with the tracks :"PILLING ME" released in January 2007 with a famous remix by Klaas (one of his first), the track works worldwide and is licensed in many territories like Australia, Spain, Canada…"INVINCIBLE" in October 2007 including a great remix by D.O.N.S. gets playlisted by many international top Djs : Pete Tong (BBC1) Axwell / Sebastian Ingrosso / Steve Angello / John Dahlbäck / Tom Novy / David Guetta / Wally Lopez...In 2008, his last tracks «Schyzo» and «Darkness», mark the evolution of his own sound, in his productions and in his DJ Sets, always with big audience support. Then came “Bullit” and “The Block”.Greg announces the taste of his first personal album “Taking Control”, which is released in january 2009. The single of this album “Taking Control of you” is remixed by great producers such as D.O.N.S. / Jerry Ropero / Albin Myers / dA fresh.Earlier,Music addicted since his early childhood, Greg starts Djing House Music in the early 2000’s at the age of 21. He then gets closer to his father in 2002 for a great artistic work on the opus : “Hysteria” by Marc Cerrone.
Music is in Shawnee’s blood, literally. Born in LA but raised in the vibrant melting pot that is New York’s Hell’s Kitchen, Shawnee’s father, as jazz bassist, paid the rent by playing in chat show king Johnnie Carson’s band while her mother sang with the legendary John Coltrane and dapper crooner Lou Rawls. When her parents weren’t practicing themselves, the house was never silent as Ella Fitzgerald, Chaka Khan, Nina Simone and others took up the slack, belting classic after classic from the Taylor family record player.Her schooling only served to germinate the seeds of talent that were planted at home. While in boarding school she became musically proficient, learning how to read, write and arrange in classical, opera, jazz and choral while her theater coach helped nurture her dynamic stage presence. At Hampton University in Virginia she shone in a nationally renowned gospel choir.
