In a short period of time since teaming up with Sweden’s Giant label Joia Records, Albin has been given the great possibility of remixing some of the biggest artist and project in today’s Dance Music scene. In a career now spanning a little over 12 months is Albin considered one of Joia & Nero’s leading production & remixing talent.Albin’s next 12 months look to eclipse the heady days of the first – remixing artists such as David Guetta & Kelly Rowland, Erick Morillo, Tom Novy, EDX, DONS & Greg Cerrone,DBN Tommy Trash for MOS Australia and delivering original productions for Serial, Pickadoll and the UK’s own Defected. And of course his own Release on Nero recordings, a take on the classic Foo Fighters ‘Times Like These’ (a track which has been licensed globally & supported far and wide by the biggest Dj names in dance industry). The future looks even brighter than it already does for this highflying artist.
Jonas Sellberg has been playing records for the last 20 years. He started Spinning the wheels in his room (living with parents and sister.) in a small town of Sweden. “The music was always a Hugh part of my life growing up.” Jonas says ”In the early years of my dj carrier I often found myself eager to experiment with beats and joggle to perfection. Building a different side of the dj roll combing his huge skill behind the decks, this soon led to more and bigger dj gigs with a reputation of a dj with huge music touch and knowledge, different then your normal club Dj. Touring and playing clubs all around the world has given Jonas the possibility to standout and create a dj name for himself. From 1993 Jonas has been part of the successful few in the scene of club music, securing hits like Spiller - Grove Jet, Funkstar Deluxe – Sun Is Shining and Azzido Da Bass -Dooms Night, to name a few hits signed to leading European Record labels. In 2002 Jonas meet fellow partner Luciano Ingrosso to the form the 2 labels Joia Records and Nero Recordings. These next steps in live give Jonas the possibility to form and be part of his own label imprint. Now 35 releases later the home of Joia records and Nero Recordings can only be explained as an success story, with hits from artist like Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angello, Eric Prydz, Axwell, Ian Carey, Steve Lawler and Cirez D Joia records and Nero Recordings has to be on of the biggest labels around in the dance industry. Following the success of the 2 labels has made Jonas a popular Dj all over the globe .
